Your Class of 1984 is launching 84 Faces, a new weekly blog that highlights our Cornell classmates as we ramp up to Reunion 2024.

It's probably safe to say that none of us can quite believe it’s been over 40 years since we were all gathered on the Hill — living, studying, and growing together. You probably keep in touch with some classmates through work, friendship, social media, or because you married them, but there are lots you've lost touch with. What is your freshman roommate up to? Did your biology lab partner fulfill their dream of becoming a doctor? Is your first love still single?

As we count down to our next on-campus gathering, we thought it would be fun to check in with some of our classmates. Starting with Wayne Hartung '84 , we'll be posting profiles of members of the Cornell University class of 1984 – one each week for 84 weeks – until Reunion weekend in early June 2024.
